Emma Deana
With a background in fine art, photography, and graphic design, Emma brings a nuanced expertise of color, light, texture, and form to interiors in Seattle and the Puget Sound region. Her style incorporates elements of old and new, creating nostalgic and enduring spaces. She likes black cats, historic homes, original art, small cozy kitchens, and the lost art of cursive handwriting. She hates shopping, clutter, and the word 'busy.' She is a lifetime resident of the Pacific Northwest and has been immersed in the study of visual art and design for over thirteen years.
Emma is also a junior designer at Quartz & Bone Interiors, a member of the Northwest Society of Interior Designers, and a member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association Puget Sound Chapter. She was awarded first place in the Small Kitchen category of the 2024 NKBA Puget Sound Design Awards as a co-designer to Quartz & Bone’s principal designer Beth Brunner. Prior to joining the interior design industry she worked for Davidson Galleries, a decades-old dealer of fine original art in Pioneer Square.
